We currently ship exclusively within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly for a shipping quote to your country. By law, we are required to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. You may be obligated to pay local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your local government. We have no control over these charges and these charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.


Our exchange and return policy is stringent because we know our clientele wants to be certain they are buying brand new, pristine fresh, merchandise. Like shopping in an exclusive small neighborhood boutique, this is a distinctive advantage when shopping online at Your dog carrier will ship directly from us or a business we’ve partner with to you. No worries on your end that the carrier you are about to put your precious pup into will have been sampled by another dog. Most merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. There are some exceptions, like luxury or exotic skin carrier, and the no-return status will be noted on the product listing page. A request to exchange or return an item should be made upon receipt. If you open the box and it’s not what you thought, please let us know immediately. We’ll give you a week to send it back to us but we’d like you to let us know of your intent right away.
